What does a Service & Project Manager do at Prodata Systems?

The Service & Project Manager is the point of contact for both the internal organization and costumers.

Your main tasks are to ensure that the IT services provided, are in line with the agreements made. In addition, you are also responsible for identifying changing needs, discussing these with the costumer and recording them in the service agreement by means of an SLA (service level agreement).

You will manage and coordinate the implementation of new projects.

Your talent:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in an Service & Project Management
  • Good lingual skills in Dutch, French & English
  • Good communication skills and enjoy customer relations
  • Ensure the technical & business customers’ needs are identified
  • Collaborate with the technical colleagues in order to technical implementation projects
