  • Configure / Repair / replace end user workplace devices like laptop / monitor / tablet / smartphones.
  • Knowledge of citrix / thin clients / basic network (Cisco)
  • Knowledge of Win OS + Office (some via 0365 / Azure) + exchange + SCCM
