Title: ServiceNow ITBM Business Analyst

Location: Anderlecht, Belgium

Type of Employment: Contract

Role:

  • Business Analyst for ServiceNow ITBM
  • Business requirement gathering for evolutions of ServiceNow IT Business Management process & functionality
  • Guiding and advising the customer in ServiceNow ITBM evolution, to maximize potential of the product

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You should lead process definition (involving customer stakeholders) & requirements gathering based on ServiceNow best practices & standards
  • You must be Prepared and leads workshops to capture these requirements
  • You must guide key users in defining solutions based on ITBM knowledge & best practices
  • You must guide the organisation to identify opportunities & support implementation of integrated business processes, across multiple ServiceNow products (ex. ITBM to ITSM)
  • You must Follow up on ServiceNow product evolution & identifies opportunities for improvement
  • Documentation of requirements into user stories for implementation by our partner
  • Backlog management & prioritisation, in collaboration with Business product owner
  • Validation of implemented user stories + Act as point of contact by implementation team
  • Supports organisation in defining & executing of organisational change actions (ex. release note communication)
  • Experience working in a large government or corporate enterprise environment.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the power and value of the ServiceNow platform in terms familiar to a non-IT audience

Qualifications / Required Skill:

Business Knowledge and Skills

  • Understanding of Project & Portfolio management processes & best practices
  • Familiarity with IT technologies
  • Strong Knowledge & certification of ServiceNow ITBM
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including relations from ITBM to other ServiceNow products

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.

Other:

  • Prior training/certifications for supported applications are preferable.
  • Ability to work with end users, technical staff, and management as necessary.
  • Needs to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong documentation and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and analytical skills

Language Required:

  • Good verbal and written knowledge of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French are considered a plus
