Job Description

Support the EU eCommerce Site Merchandising team in the daily work, taking over key web operations for the set-up and maintenance of Levi.com. The Site Operations Co-Ordinator will work in contact with different functions (eCom marketing, Site merchandising, IT Support) and will report directly to the Front End Lead Europe – with a dotted line for day-to-day project management into the Web Ops Specialist.
  • Day to Day Site Management and Product Go Live
  • Sourcing enrichment information (i.e. pricing from Merch Seasonal Files and chasing up if missing data).
  • Building enrichment files in Excel and ensuring files are saved in relevant format ready to be dropped into FTP server.
  • Working with Site Merchandising and Planning team on missing enrichment information to ensure products go live in the right place at the right time.
  • Sending Enrichment files to IT Support team and following up on returned error files.
    • Lead Special Collection Launches
    • Act as cross-functional lead for operational launch plans connecting with merchandising, site merchandising, marketing, email and app partners to monitor go live timing plans.
    • Share previous environments with stakeholders and rally for last minute changes/checks by the right people, escalating any live bugs immediately and building network of problem solving partners in the IT support team.
    • Pro-actively manage upcoming collections by creating a critical path for upcoming launces and managing stakeholder check points.
    • Manage Promotional and Pricing Activities
    • Seeking alignment with the Site Merchandising and Marketing Calendar on promotion activation
    • Managing the promotions in Hybris Back Office, always searching for the best way to manage the tool and support the customer experience.
    • Run Quality Assurance on go live and co-ordinate with Consumer Services on feedback from consumers or any bugs noticed on certain sites
    • Manage the Sale pricing on Levi.com, respecting local laws and restriction regarding naming, pricing, and timing.
    • Co-ordinating with planning and Site Merchandising functions to delivery the best experience at country level considering back office tools to push sale on category pages, discount badges and lift hand filters.
    • Co-Ordinating with Site Operations team to manage navigation updates in co-ordination to site activities.
    • Quality Assurance of the Site and participation in ‘Front End Enhancements’ improvements tracks
    • Lobbying for Global support on complex problem solving tasks for continuous issues on Levi.com
    • Working with eCommerce stakeholders in Europe (merchandising, marketing, email, IT, customer care) to understand site bugs that are appearing, recreate and create tickets and follow up on the solve.
    • Meticulously tracking the bugs and following up, pricing business impact where necessary and pulling in the right contacts to troubleshoot and prioritise bug fixes.
    • Day to day contributions of the site experience by tool manipulation or improvement. Following the consumer journey from start to finish and seeing what messaging and tools can help along the way. (E.g Adapting messaging across PDP, cart, checkout, PLP in order to communicate a delays message / implementing an ‘auto apply’ rule to allow for loyalty users to access the best offers without action.)
    • Project Management driving Tools, Process and Site Experience Improvements
    • Work with a cross functional team as a lead or a participant to Site Projects such as; Migration, User Acceptance Testing. Product Information Management Tool implementation).
    • Day to day contributions of the site experience by tool manipulation or improvement. Following the consumer journey from start to finish and seeing what messaging and tools can help along the way. (E.g Adapting messaging across PDP, cart, checkout, PLP in order to communicate a delays message / implementing an ‘auto apply’ rule to allow for loyalty users to access the best offers without action.)
    • Lead cross-functional projects to improve Site Experience (E.g. Size Guides for Kids products, Consumer friendly Colour Grouping)
