TenForce is an international software product company based in Leuven, Belgium with all around the world customers (INEOS, Total, Chevron Philips, ABInBev….). We have been around for 20 years and experience constant growth. As a result, we seek to expand our application support team.

Our product is a pragmatic answer to the ever-increasing demand for transparency, visibility, and compliance. We build a great enterprise-class product to enable people to stay on top of their work.

Your mission will be to improve our product and the tooling surrounding it to ensure operations run smoothly.

The Software Developer we are looking for has the following characteristics:

  • 3+ years of experience on the job or side projects.
  • Strong collaboration skills to interact with colleagues (no direct customer interaction).
  • Problem solving skills and not afraid to dig into application code and integrate multiple components.
  • Able to shift gears in a rapid changing environment: agility is key.

We already work with people from Ukraine, Russia and Macedonia (all working remotely). The team communicates over Microsoft Teams.

Who are we looking for?

A software developer that can collaborate with his fellow software developers and the project managers.

  • You live and breathe C# and .NET.
  • Hands-on experience in web app development with ASP.NET and MSSQL.
  • Experience with ElasticSearch, REDIS and TeamCity
  • Excellent English communicator, written and spoken.
  • Mild level of craziness.
