The role:Within its specialism, The Solution Advisor is responsible for driving and co-owning Multivendor sales, business development, and marketing activities. The role functions as a partnership with the primary Inside Solution Advisor, Account Manager and as a result is not limited to traditional “overlay role” restrictions. The Solution Advisor is expected to take a consistently proactive approach to developing new business in the region and help existing customers with any questions relating to Multivendor. The Solution Advisor is the publisher and/or theme lead in the region for pre-sales (both transactional and professional services) customer engagements and sales enablement for the respective region. The role also serves as the liaison between the assigned sales team, customers and publishers and distributor.

- Analyze current situation and Advise customers within specific specialism to create leads and opportunity’s.
- Translate the needs and Business outcome of the customer to suitable solutions within specialism.
- Provide customers with an advise based upon the best solution connected to the applicable specialism.
- The Solution Advisor is responsible to maintain an advanced level of knowledge of all services and products of the applicable publisher or theme’s. Supporting Sales & Account management to create quotations
- Achieve all necessary certifications within your vendor portfolio.
- Working closely with the Consultants and Advisors in an independent way with regard to our publishers.
- Maintain a good relationship with the vendors, partners and suppliers.
- Work closely with, lead and Coach Internal Solution Advisor within Solution team

- Highly motivated and results oriented; entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong presentation, communication, organization and time management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English (written & verbally)
- Excellent social & conversational skills
- Experienced in selling Business Outcome and Solution Selling
- 4+ years of experience in a customer facing IT Sales position
- Broad Publisher knowledge (preferred IBM/Redhat knowledge or experience), functionalities, licenses, contracts and solutions
- Knowledge/interest of the applicable specialism
- Willing to learn and develop in a dynamic environment
