The Role

To further strengthen our R&D department, we are looking for you a Solution & valdiation engineerat location in Zwijndrecht (Antwerp) as soon as possible

Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for testing our productized automated guided vehicles.
  • You are part of a team and you check your vehicles within our development test facility in accordance with specific test procedures (adjusting settings, sensors, speed, tuning engines, and much more).
  • You also run safety tests, and you do the final reporting.
  • Together with your team you finally ensure that the end product meets Dematic’s standards.
  • You will train operators to configure and test our vehicles at the production line

What We Are Looking For
  • You are very interested in new technologies like AGV’s,.
  • You are very familiar with electrical diagrams.
  • You preferably hold a technical degree within the field of electricity/automation/electromechanics (A2 or Bachelor)
  • You are interested in the application of high-tech solutions in industrial environments.
  • You accept responsibility.
  • You communicate openly.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
