We are currently looking for someone who is willing to join our team as Spa Recepionist.

Job Description

As a Spa Receptionist at our luxury hotel, you will provide a warm welcome for our guests, greeting them with warmth and answering all questions and requests in a friendly manner. You will play a crucial role in the check-in and check-out process for Spa & Wellness guests, ensuring that their experience runs smoothly from start to finish.

As the main point of contact for both internal and external guests, you will be the face of our Spa. You will be proficient with our reservation system and handle requests quickly and efficiently via phone and email. Additionally, you will have excellent skills in handling complaints. You will not only ensure proper handling but also ensure careful follow-up on both actions and communication.

With your hospitality and professionalism, you will guide both internal and external guests to the appropriate locations within the Spa, making them feel comfortable and welcome. You will also be responsible for processing all necessary administrative tasks and financial transactions, with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

Thanks to your knowledge of activities and events both within the Spa, hotel, and the city, you will be able to provide guests with valuable information and recommendations. Furthermore, you have experience in selling beauty products, allowing you to advise guests on the best products for their needs and treatments.

• Work in a neat and hygienic manner.
