Our therapists describe working here as “unlike any place I have ever worked.” We are a dynamic and evolving wellbeing destination, offering holistic experiences that go far beyond the traditional spa model.

Skills

We’ve recently expanded our holistic offering and are now actively seeking Massage Practitioners with a diverse range of skills and backgrounds, including:

• Shiatsu practitioners
• Thai massage therapists
• Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapists
• Myofascial release therapists
• Rebozo or womb massage practitioners
• Bodyworkers trained in somatic or trauma-informed approaches
• Practitioners with experience in breath work, movement, or energy work
  
  

Whether you work on the floor, on the table, or somewhere in between, if your approach is holistic and heartfelt, we’d love to explore working together.

That said – if you’re simply a wonderful, skilled, and intuitive massage therapist, we are absolutely still interested in hearing from you. You don’t need to offer a long list of holistic extras to belong here. Your ability to connect, listen, and provide deeply nurturing treatments is what truly matters to us.

• A thoughtful communicator and attentive listener.
• Adaptable, emotionally intelligent, and confident working beyond the table – on the floor, breath-based, or movement-integrated sessions.
• Curious and committed to ongoing learning and personal development.
• Aligned with holistic principles, sustainability, and working together as one team.
  
  

We Welcome Practitioners With

• A qualification in massage, holistic therapies, or Level 3 beauty therapy (or equivalent).
• Experience or interest in traditional wellness systems (Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Herbalism, Nutrition).
• Yoga, breath work, Pilates, fitness, or movement-based practices are not essential, but if you do have these skills, we’re happy to explore how they could be integrated into guest offerings.

• Competitive hourly pay £13.00 - £14.56 depending on experience (£27,040-£30,284.80 FTE) PLUS a share of the Hotel tips
• A permanent contract with 28 days holiday per year (29 after 1 year)
• Contracted hours range from 16-33 hours per week which must include weekends. Shift patterns range from 9.30-18.30 daily
