Your Profile:
  • You are fluent in English (TME business language)
  • You have good knowledge/experience of automotive business
  • You have a master in customer communication
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in customer facing area

Your team and your responsibilities:
Our team: Accessory Product Management team
Accessory Product Management is continuously assessing and exceeding our customer expectations in a sustainable way by having the right product and price delivered timely throughout the vehicle life cycle steering the right MarCom (Marketing & Communications) and by such contributing to the profit of the value chain

Roles & Responsibilities
:

Role of the accessory product manager:
1. Assess customer expectations
2. Translate customers expectations in concrete product offer
3. Manage products and strategies through the life cycle of the vehicle
4. Create product strategy in line with customers’ expectations
5. Ensure product/service/info availability when customers need it
6. Offer products/service at competitive price in line with customers’ expectation
7. Provide marketing material/tools to support NMSC sales activities
8. Control accessory performance and identify sales growth opportunities

Key Tasks
:
  • Focusing on Accessory category management (e.g Transport, Merchandising,…)
    Main contact for NMSC for specific accessories categories
    Best practice sharing across NMSCs using Value Chain Program Management supporting ownership
  • Focusing on Toyota / Lexus model launch management (e.g. Yaris,..)
    Main contact for MMD & NMSC for grade and launch preparation.
    Coordinate internal alignment between VC and other TME stakeholders to achieve on time launch of accessory line up
    Best practice sharing across NMSCs using Value Chain Program Management supporting grade strategy
  • Augmented Reality app Roll Out to NMSC
    Accessory Launch Event coordinator within APM team
