Function

For our site TML Tongeren, which is responsible for the distribution of all kinds of articles, we are looking for a job student who wants to work for a fortnight as a driver B.

Your tasks:

  • You carry out deliveries with a van from our site Tongeren to our customers.
  • You receive the work orders and load the goods before departure.
  • You check the load for safety, completeness and damage.
  • On arrival at the customer, you unload the goods according to agreed guidelines and take the return goods with you (loading/unloading using transpallet/steer truck).
  • You keep in close contact with the planning so that the trips can be carried out as efficiently as possible.
  • You transfer the correct documents and data after finishing your trips.

What we expect from you...

  • You are available from 31/07/2023 to 11/08/2023.
  • You are in possession of a driving licence B.
  • You can communicate in Dutch and/or French & understand the work instructions imposed.
  • Physical work is no problem (manual loading/unloading and/or using an electric transpallet).
  • You can work independently and in a customer-friendly manner.
  • You are flexible to start-up hours (leave early).
  • Working days of +- 10h/day.
  • You have your own transport to get to our site.
