Student Position

The successful Student will be based in our main office at Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area).

The position is in the Human Resources (HR) Team, Administration Department.

The candidate will mainly report to the HR Team.

  • Location: Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area)
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Availability: preferably 2 days per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Duration: Through the academic year

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the HR administrative data and documents (e.g. Templates, internal Staff CVs, Procedures)
  • Support to the recruitment process (i.e. screening Interns and/or Students, preparing Agreements, On-Off boarding)
  • File and archive hard copies and electronic documents
  • Support to the HR Team in various domains such as implementing data in our management tools
  • Helping the preparation of Job Fairs.

Skills and Experience

  • Enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the field close to the Administration (e.g. human resources, business administration, management)
  • Eye for detail and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of or experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Good written and spoken English.
