Robert Half is currently recruiting a Supervisor Group Reporting for our client in Oudsbergen.

Our client is an automotive company.

The main accountabilities for this job include:

  • You will prepare and publish monthly Board reports accurately and on time;
  • You will assist local entities in utilizing SAP reporting tools (BW, BPC), conducting on-site control reviews, and providing clear recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with IT to ensure alignment of ERP & BPC reporting systems;
  • You will support Finance departments in resolving reporting issues, explaining the structure and interaction of various reporting concepts;
  • You will aid in the European budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring local entities submit accurate and timely planning data. Assist the European Planning Team as needed;
  • You will supervise team member(s) and facilitate continuous improvement of Group Reporting processes, coordinating tasks and implementing enhancements within specified deadlines;
  • You will serve as backup for other reporting team members and manage management accounting tasks such as master data maintenance, P&L and balance sheet allocations;
  • You will verify month-end closures for P&L and balance sheet, generate monthly reports for YEL, and develop and distribute interactive dashboards for business units and plants;
  • You will conduct yearly budget and labor rate calculations, and oversee a team of three members.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

  • A Master’s degree in Applied Economics;
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as teamwork, open-mindedness, initiative, responsibility, dedication, and commitment;
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in controlling or audit; preferably in a large multinational company or automotive;
  • Proficiency in IT skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience in people management
  • A solid foundation in accounting principles;
  • Dutchspeaking with confident communication skills in English, with excellent interpersonal abilities;
  • The ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach;
  • Intercultural awareness and effective communication across cultural differences;
