Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

Mission Description:

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a scientific background (e.g., Bachelor in Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy) and will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to integrate local market and customer insights into a cohesive brand plan aligned with global and regional strategies.
  • Adapt the brand plan proactively based on market research, customer insights, and promotional analysis to maximize brand potential.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (BCMs, Account Managers, Medical Advisors, External Affairs, digital/data team) to align on brand strategy and messaging.
  • Deliver marketing initiatives and materials, both digital and print, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Share and implement best practices across the oncology business unit and regional teams.

Digital Marketing / Customer Experience:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Ensure proper campaign tagging for effective performance analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies to maximize brand reach.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Lead and UX/UI design manager to create user-centric communications.

Profile Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a relevant discipline with a healthcare curriculum from an accredited university/business school.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Experience in marketing, including digital marketing or project management.
  • Previous oncology experience and/or scientific knowledge in oncology is a plus.
  • Digital savvy with a creative mindset to find innovative solutions.
  • Self-organized and structured, with the ability to define tasks and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to act as a team player across oncology franchises and cross-functional departments.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate scientific information for a broad audience.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with project management and digital effectiveness tools is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch are required; French is a plus.
