Are you ready to choose DEME for your next career move?

As a Survey Electronic Engineer you will support the Survey Department in HQ and on site, assisting the Senior Electronic Engineers in configuring survey equipment in the warehouse, preparing it for shipment and deploying this equipment on site.

You are expected to go abroad approx. 3-4 months per year, the rest of the time you will be working in Zwijndrecht.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintenance, testing and repairs of the equipment and sensors used for positioning and depth finding
  • You manage the incoming and outgoing equipment from our head office in Zwijndrecht
  • The commissioning of survey support equipment on board of our vessels and cranes is also part of your job

Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics and have a good knowledge of PC hardware and control systems
  • You are willing to work at Survey Department in Belgium and are prepared to travel abroad for short periods of time
  • You are fluent both in Dutch and English
