Job Purpose and Impact

The Talent Acquisition Associate will support employee recruitment and selection efforts. You will play a key role in the organization and coordination of recruitment events at University in Belgium and the Netherlands as well as online European recruitment events. In this role, you will collaborate with managers to define candidate qualifications, identify sources and implement recruitment plans to attract potential employees. You will conduct screening interviews and manage candidate offers.

Key Accountabilities
  • Organization and attendance of physical graduate events for Belgium and the Netherlands and online career events.
  • Support the full recruitment cycle, including tactical research, posting and recruitment marketing, prescreening of candidates and offer management.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports related to recruitment, including compliance recruitment.
  • Run applicant tracking systems and build reports and metrics analysis from recruitment and sourcing tools.
  • Place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the internet and print media.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects in Talent Acquisition
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing events requiring the coordination of multiple activities
  • Previous recruitment or recruitment marketing experience
  • Ability to travel in Belgium and the Netherlands
