TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

ONEPOINT Belgium is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help us grow our community of Software Crafts.

????ZELE AND/OR BRUSSELS - HYBRID WORKING

Your sparring partners are the HR Manager, Operations Leader & Sales Manager of onepoint Belgium. This means you’ll work in close but fun team where you have huge impact!

Your responsibilities are the following :

  • FULL RESPONSIBILITY from HI ???? to HIRE ???? : sourcing, screening, selecting candidates, creating talent pools, interviewing, contract offering, onboarding, checking-in, offboarding
  • NETWORK online and offline???? host or join networking events, tech coding sessions, meetups, webinars, podcasts, you name it!
  • EMPLOYER BRANDING: create cool & interactive content on our social media to attract talent
  • COMMERCIAL FLAVOR is the ????on the top : matching our talents with the business needs, meeting IT managers & get an idea of the IT forecast of companies

Requirements:

  • You have min. 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • You’re bilingual Dutch & French
  • You can easily translate business needs into hiring needs and connect the dots : matching IT profiles with our clients
  • You’re social, love to think out-of the box and thrives in a scale-up environment
