TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER

In this role as Talent Acquisition Officeryou will be responsible for:

• You will manage thefull recruitment cycle: coordinate with hiring managers to determine the required profilesand the recruitment process.
• You will review resumes for skills, experience and knowledge.
• You will preparejob postings on LinkedIn, source potential candidates, organise the selection procedure, conduct interviews and give feedback to candidates.
• You will build up and maintain a network of agencies and contacts.
• You will communicate recruitment progress and results to managers, agencies and candidates.
• You help design and update the website on recruitment/staff related pages.
• You will participate in onsite end offsite recruitment events across Europe.
• You will support in other HR/Recruitment projects (Employee Relations, Exits, Campus,...)

• Experience with recruitment and selection
• Having experience in a multicultural workenvironment is a plus
• Discrete and responsible
• Self-driven
• Good communications skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of any other language is a plus. (German, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, French, Dutch,...)
