Our client, a company active in the pharmaceutical sector is located in Brussels, is looking for a Talent HR Business Partner. You will directly report to the Operation Manager and be the first point of contact for all employees regarding soft HR aspects.
As Talent HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with the employees and being their point of contact and trust for the HR talent strategy such as career planning, training needs, evaluation process, etc.
- Managing all steps of the recruitment process: advertising vacancies, following up internal and external applications, interviews and other selection tools, working with recruitment partners, if necessary, feedback to the line manager and the candidate, finding creative and online channels, etc.
- Being involved in optimising and publicising the company’s image as an employer, both internally and externally.
- Keeping abreast of social legislation and reporting relevant changes.
- Being responsible for the implementation and initiation of HR projects such as the 2024 social elections, well-being at work, working abroad, salary surveys, comp & ben projects, etc.
The ideal profile of the Talent HR Business Partner:
- A Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or talent management position.
- A very good knowledge of social legislation.
- An excellent command of English and French is required and a very good working knowledge of Dutch.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- People orientation and empathy are part of your personality.
- Negotiation skills and/or experience with social partners are also an additional asset.
- Project management and planning skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- An innovative spirit.
- Autonomy, teamwork, proactivity, and a positive and convincing attitude are essential for this position.
