Are you an organized multitasker with a passion for administration, coordination and day-to-day office operations? Then you might be our next Team Assistant for Grid Solutions BE.
You play a key role in supporting both our team and daily operations. You ensure the smooth functioning of the office while offering administrative, technical, and logistical support to colleagues across Belgium and France.
Key Responsabilities
- Preparing and coordinating meetings, presentations, and internal communications.
- Managing agendas, scheduling evaluations, and ensuring timely follow-up on action points.
- Preparing and distributing documents, letters, and reports.
- Coordinating practical logistics (e.g. lunch orders, travel, material).
- Supporting management processes through planning, minute-taking, and documentation.
- Handling contract administration, cost reporting, and registry requests.
- Assisting with internal events, info markets, and stakeholder communication.
- Providing general problem-solving support and practical assistance to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- You have previous experience as a Team Assistant, where you took on and managed a wide range of tasks.
- You are detail-oriented and highly organized.
- You can manage multiple priorities independently.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
- You are proactive, service-minded, solution-driven and flexibel.
