To support and reinforce our IT team we are looking for a Team lead Finance IT.Main ResponisbilitiesAs a Finance IT lead you will be responsible for all FICO and BI related activities in the Finance IT area. This includes processes like finance, controlling, planning, forecasting and consolidation. You will be a true business partner for the global and local finance teams, based on your experience with Business Intelligence and Finance.Key tasks- Manage all finance related FICO and BI initiatives of the Ontex Group (working from Ontex HQ for the worldwide group)
- Improve the forward-looking and steering ability of finance by introducing improved financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and solutions.
- Guide the finance teams in the usage of (new) technology.
- Strengthen the relationship with the stakeholders of the finance department.
- Act as a coach and leader for the Finance IT team in realizing the deliverables.
- Set goals and objectives for all the team members as part of the Ontex Global Performance Management Process.
- Further structure and organize the way of working of the Finance IT team, in close collaboration with the Business Application Manager.
- Take accountability on systems and provide clear reporting towards the IT Leadership team.
- Build and maintain proper documentation (technical, functional, and business) that are relevant within your area of expertise
- Collaborate with the Business Process Owners (BPOs) & the Key Users
- Responsible for the Project Management of FICO and BI Initiatives
- in people management capabilities.
- Min. 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of the financial and controlling processes of an international FMCG company is a must
- Proven experience with common finance & controlling tools and related BI tools
- Functional & technical knowledge about SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, TR
- Experience with SAP BCP is a plus
- Well aware of the possibilities that SAP brings for the SAP FICO and BI strategy of a company
- Experience with Bi-modal IT is a plus
- Proven people management skills
- Able to guide, coach, motivate and develop your team members
- Able to combine a hands-on role with leading a finance IT team
- Experience with leading projects and small implementation teams
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with change management is a strong plus
- Excellent knowledge of English
