ABOUT THE ROLE:
To strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative Team Leader, who will be managing the team in charge of the first interactions with our prospects. The ideal candidate is determined to help the team grow to the next level of performance. Excited about a coaching role, you help with the onboarding of the new people and set up the current SDR for their next milestone of success !

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualification activities/Pipe Creation
The SDR team works in close collaboration with Account Executives
They collaborate with Sales colleagues to identify ongoing strategic targets
They plan calls and email activities to generate leads, in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams
They identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Optimy (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, social selling, qualification calls, etc.)
They Actively follow up on ageing/stagnant leads and opportunities to re-energize back into an active sales cycle
Team Coaching
Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff, including their hiring
Collaborate closely with the sales enabler on onboarding & coaching
Lead by example: qualify prospects to well understand the markets/ICP’s, adjust the processes, define the best methodology (75% of your time)

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Fluent in English . French or German is a strong plus.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR or business developer, in a cold calling & prospecting or telemarketing environment (inside sales and/or sales)
A first experience in a leadership role / Team Management or sales coaching role
A proven track record in coaching and bringing a SDR or Sales team to a better performance
You are a natural leader, you lead by example and remain solution focused no matter what
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
You are resilient, competitive and self-motivated

Nice to have:
Worked with HubSpot.com or a similar CRM
Experience in high volume activity working environments, involving phone, email and social media.
Background in High-Tech/Software industry
Knowledge of account-based marketing and social selling
