We co-create cloud-based solutions and the necessary hardware components to gather data from industrial equipment, which our customers then use to streamline their industrial fleet management. In a nutshell, we make technology that helps companies look after their industrial machinery and business better — we enable them to work safer and more efficiently, and save time and money.

Right now we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our amazing team in Kortrijk. This role plays an integral function in all internal and external customer support needs in the pre-sale, sale and post-sale customer life cycle.

What else does it involve?

  • Provide first line assistance in handling customer support tickets related to installation, software as well as non-technical issues.
  • Facilitate onsite installation training of telematics devices.
  • Assist & train dealers or end-users in the installation of telematics solutions on both electrical & diesel powered equipment
  • Help customers achieve their telematics technical objectives by delivering timely technical guidance, enablement, and best practices materials.
  • Be the technical voice of the customer when engaging with internal teams.
  • Lead all technical deliverables for assigned projects.
  • Assist with all (non-)warranty related product returns and credits.
  • Assist in continuous process improvements & platform implementation projects in order to contribute to the overall customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in creating a culture of cross-functional collaboration
