As technical sales support coordinator, you will serve as an important bridge between our international key accounts, our PMD project managers and the internal departments at HQ. Therefore, we are looking for a driven customer-oriented team player strong in organisation and communication combined with technical insight.
You will work in the PMD team (Project Management Division) of Deltalight, a team with 6 international Project Managers responsible for the sales and follow-up of worldwide projects at new and existing key accounts. ‘We complete architectural visions’ with these top projects.
- You work together with various departments (R&D, sales support, logistics, etc.) within the organisation on a daily basis to ensure that your key accounts experience the best possible service in terms of innovative lighting solutions. In weekly status meetings with R&D, you are the gatekeeper to meet the deadlines.
- You answer technical questions received from project managers and customers, and follow up customer orders to ensure they are delivered timely and correctly.
- You maintain professional customer relations and contribute to enhancing trust and cooperation by communicating correctly and openly.
- You efficiently and accurately perform administrative tasks in SAP.
- In addition, you are critical of your own work and seek process optimisations wherever possible.
- You can count on sufficient support and coaching from your direct colleague, your source of knowledge, in the office.
Profile
We are looking for someone who is communicatively strong with a technical affinity, is stress-resistant and has a hands-on mentality;
- You have completed a (technical) bachelor’s degree and a relevant first work experience.
- You have a strong affinity with our products and their technical background.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- You are computer literate and you have experience with an ERP and CRM tool, or you are willing to learn this.
- You have strong organisational skills, work efficiently and communicate fluently, both online and offline and within international teams.
- You can quickly understand and convert complex information.
