EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:


Essential Qualifications/Experience:

· Knowledge terminology and processes in ICT
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc)
· HTML5/CSS knowledge
· Copywriting / Editing


DUTIES/ROLE

  • Create new documentation on various ICT related topics

ü For end-user documentation

ü Technical documentation for Support Staff

ü Knowledge Articles in existing knowledge base

  • Act as an editor for existing documentation + updating content where needed
  • Collect information cross teams to collect/verify content
  • Publish documents in various formats: PDF, HTML
  • Interlink related documentation
