Valcke Bowling, part of Valcke Group, is the largest exclusive distributor of Brunswick Bowling in Europe. From our headquarters in Wevelgem, we supply the Benelux, Germany, France, Italy, Croatia, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Switzerland, and French-speaking Africa.

We are actively seeking a Bowling Technician to strengthen our team. As our new technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support. You will utilize your expertise in mechanics, electronics, and IT to ensure that the bowling installations at our clients function optimally.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance: Perform maintenance on bowling equipment at client sites; diagnose, and resolve mechanical and electronic issues.
  • Installation and commissioning: Participate in the initial installation of equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and successful commissioning.
  • Client training: Train operators and staff on the correct use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Remote technical support: Provide remote technical support (via phone or online) to answer questions and resolve incidents.
  • Intervention reports: Accurately document interventions, repairs, and improvements made, and write detailed reports.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in mechanics, electronics, IT, or a similar field.
  • Hands-on experience in the maintenance of mechanical and electronic equipment.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner, with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight.
  • Speak French or Dutch.
