Job Description

As a Logistics Assistant you’ll support the Logistics Manager and you’ll be responsible for handling all new vehicle deliveries to dealers and fleet customers. Besides this, the Logistics department also supports the used car and company/pool car business.

Main Tasks
  • Assist fleet management including day to day allocation of vehicles, tracking of vehicle movements, collect documents, ORD follow-up
  • Assist in the infleeting and defleeting process of company/pool cars
  • Coordinate between the Logistic Service Providers and the different teams within the company
  • Follow-up of the logistical invoicing
  • Assist with monthly reports (stock statement report, douane list,…)
  • Respond to questions from the dealers (stock availability, special stock actions,…)
  • Check and report on vehicle production status, shipping plan and delivery status
  • Co-ordinate damage claim administration and follow up on damage repair
The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a Logistics Assistant that is passionated about the automotive world and that :
  • has at least 1 year experience in logistics assistant or administrative position
  • is discrete and proactive teamplayer
  • is meticulous and accurate in administration
  • that loves multi-tasking
  • is fluent in French, Dutch and English
  • had a good knowledge of Excel and SAP is a plus
