Job Summary

Test lead coordinating with different stakeholders and high visibility role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare test strategy for the project/initiative
  • Create test plan and align with stakeholders
  • Form E2E test team
  • Prepare automation approach
  • Prepare status report for the project/initiative
  • Highlight risks timely manner to stakeholders
  • Triage defects
  • Team coaching
Job Requirements

Essential Skills:
  • Good Belgium Cultural fit
  • Language: English is fine
  • Strong Knowledge and experience of testing in agile way
  • Good Automation knowledge
  • Able to take ownership and initiative/project
  • Strong capability to manage larger initiatives/projects
  • Extensive knowledge on testing and able to skill up the current testleads by passing on their experience
  • Communication is key
