Biosimilars are also a key focus of our TA Immunology, which we aim to grow further given its immense potential. Biosimilars and Generics have enabled more affordable access to key medicines for patients in the therapy of severe and debilitating diseases. And we aim to broaden the access for patients further!

Job Purpose:
  • You will be responsible for the Brand strategy, execution of action plan and driving the sales operations plan. You will develop an effective sales team through training and coaching or management of key commercial programs.
Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for achieving own and team’s agreed sales, productivity and performance targets. Create and execute business plans to drive this achievement, and you are responsible for brands’ strategic and tactical planning in line with company strategy and standards.
  • Work independently to maintain existing clients and to develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize effective allocation of resources to deliver required business results.
  • Manage area sales and expense budgets.
  • Serve as a communication bridge from Senior Management to Sales Representatives / Product Specialists.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Medical Representatives / Product Specialists, hire, train and develop them as necessary and provide coaching and feedback to the team.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts’ decision makers, key opinion leaders, patient associations; and other colleagues across business functions to achieve desired results.
  • Master product knowledge and disease area knowledge and coach the team on the same.
  • Ensure Excellency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Services.

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales & marketing or natural science or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of work experiences in marketing and sales in pharmaceutical industry or equivalent
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong Teamwork skills
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinker
  • instills sense of urgency and a strong ‘can-do’ attitude in the department & excellent manager of people
