A global and fast-growing company active in the production sector is currently looking to hire a Treasury Operations Expert to join their offices in Zaventem. Thanks to your experience in treasury, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will be responsible for the daily treasury operations while assisting with intercompany activities and longer-term treasury projects.

Your main responsibilities as the new Treasury Operations Expert will include:

  • Operate daily cash management / forecasting activities: reconciliations, analyses, follow-up and update of the cash flow forecasts, etc.
  • Assist with the banking RFPs and bank strategy implementation
  • Ensure that the company can settle payments with customers, vendors and employees
  • Maintain and operate electronic banking platforms and implement new treasury tools
  • Prepare manual and high value payments and follow-up with banks on payment transaction inquiries
  • Manage and optimize liquidity and short-term funding requirements
  • Perform Cash Flow, Working Capital and FX exposure analysis

Your profile:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or a Master’s in Finance or Economics
  • You have several years of relevant experience in an international treasury environment
  • You are fluent in English, any other language is a plus

Your strengths:

  • You are analytical and dynamic, you are pro-active and stress-resistant
  • Through your previous experience you have built strong technical skills in payment methods and configurations
  • You have Accounting and ERP experience, operational systems and MS Office
