As Validation Coordinator R&D, you will contribute to the validation, commissionning and qualification of lab equipements and to the coordination of investment projects for the R&D departments (GMP and non GMP).

Key Responsibilities

• You represent users in all steps of validation/commissionning of Capex projects
• You support implementation of validation/commissioning process.Is the contact point between teams
• You ensure that standards, procedures and norms are applied according to R&D activities
• You ensure that the validation strategy of the department is applied through on the shop floor follow up and contributes to it by participating to working groups, meetings .
• You are responsible for validation (IQ/OQ-PQ) as Asset Management representative
• You manage validation documents linked to requests (start of new equipment, move, restart of equipment, storage, decommissionning and scrap) eRDope & eQCF for R&D lab equipment (GMP or non GMP

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Scientific degree; Life-Science (Biology, Biochemistry or Chemistry) or specialization of lab equipment validation.
• Previous industry experience including experience in leading groups.
• Expertise in lab equipment
• Fluent in French and good knoweldge of English
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Knowledge in the validation life-cycle process as well as in specific validation strategies (i.e. analytical system)
• Ability to engage, influence and lead people.
• Project management skills and project management experience.
• Ability to drive change and to challenge current standards in place in order to simplify processes.
• Good capacity to work in GXP environment.
• Inspection front-liner is an asset.
