Manufacturing Quality is a vibrant and energetic team (15+ people), consisting of many nationalities from around the globe. We are currently looking for an additional (Junior) SQA vehicle Auditor to strengthen all aspects of our operation, linked to our mission which is to protect our customers by assuring built-in quality & Conformity Of Production in our European manufacturing companies (EMC) and at our Alliance partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Shipping Quality Audit (SQA): After training, you perform regular in depth Quality Audits on new vehicles in all our European production plants. As a member of the team, you inspect the vehicle just before the vehicle leaves the production plant & drive the quality improvement through discussing process improvement at our EMC.
• Routing Quality Assurance (RQA): After training, you will perform audits to confirm and promote the quality assurance of wiring and piping.
• Alliance partners: You will support the inspection and built-in quality assurance activities of vehicles produced at our Alliance partners, under the lead of the New mobility team.
• You are responsible to summarize your audit/evaluation results in a written audit report and follow up selected items to ensure Quality Improvement.

Your Profile

• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
• You possess a (A2/A1) degree in car mechanics or equivalent by experience
• You have a good knowledge of vehicle basics/fundamentals and specific knowledge of Hybrid/EV vehicle technology is considered as an asset.
• You are a practical hands-on kind of person, well organised, and your flexibility makes you a perfect team player
• You have a good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint are an added value
• You are fluent in English (working language), any other European language will be considered as an asset
• You enjoy travelling frequently (35%) across Europe and you possess a valid driving license
