CONTEXTE

Nous recherchons un collaborateur (H / F) talentueux et créatif pur une période de 24 mois dès maintenant en tant Demande Planner au sien de l’équipe Supply Chain basée à Braine-l’Alleud (+/- 30 km de Bruxelles).

MISSIONS

As a Demand Planner, you will be at the heart of our delivery operations and the main contact of our clients and intern departments on demand planning subject.

You will have a key role because you will contribute to :
  • Ensure accurate local forecasting and demand planning for short, mid, long term horizon with our Sales and Marketing team
  • Propose a demand planning based on a statistical analysis and gap analysis in relation to the budget (according to market’s trends, clients’ demand, and previous cycles)
  • Prepare meetings’ documents with key hypothesis, risks and opportunities
  • Lead forecast meetings with Sales & Marketing teams
  • Collect information from the marketing team about new product launches (Phase In) and irregular products (Phase Out)
  • Update the demand planning for shot and mid term horizon in the planning tool (JDA) according to the previsions, the meetings, and the decisions S&OP+
  • Contribute to Business Development
  • Make sure the projected planning is doable on a short-term horizon (with the help of master planners)
YOUR PROFILE

Graduated from a Business School or its equivalent in Supply Chain, you are familiar with SAP, and standard software (Excel).

You demonstrate good collaboration and communication skills.

You are creative, open-minded, with an entrepreneurial spirit and are a real team-player.

Hands on person who’ll get the job done (pro-active, responsible & autonomous).

Fluent in English and French is essential. Dutch is a plus !
