The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.PLEASE NOTE that only applications submitted in English can be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Schneider Electric. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you post your resume in English.What will you do?In this role, you will be part of our HR Services BeNe organization and your main mission will be to provide Employee Lifecycle services to employees of Schneider Electric based in Belgium and the Netherlands.Main missions :
  • Preparation of contractual documents;
  • management of all hire to retire administrative activities;
  • management of benefits;
  • participation in HR projects
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • To be eligible for VIE Program (under 28 YO, EU nationality, not Belgian)
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree (preferable in HR)
  • First experience in similar field
  • Good level of English (B2)
  • Team work, curiosity, customer orientation
