About The Role

The Neurodegeneration department is seeking a passionate biology researcher interested in developing therapeutic treatments within the framework of preclinical neuroscience research.

The selected candidate will actively contribute to the identification of new therapeutic targets and the development of drugs to treat neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and epilepsy.

As part of the Histology team, the candidate will help organize studies in immunohistochemistry, spatial transcriptomics, and image analysis. The goal will be to explore therapeutic signaling pathways, test compound efficacy, and characterize various in vivo models.

This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen expertise in neuroscience, microscopy, transcriptomics, histology, and image analysis using cutting-edge technologies—including artificial intelligence—within a dynamic and collaborative team.

Your Mission

  • Contribute to the identification of new therapeutic targets and the development of compounds for neurodegenerative diseases
  • Support studies in immunohistochemistry, spatial transcriptomics, and image analysis

  • Collaborate closely with scientific teams to interpret results and refine experimental approaches
  • Leverage digital tools and advanced technologies to enhance understanding of disease mechanisms

Your Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree, PhD, or Engineering degree in cellular or animal biology, with at least two years of lab experience in neuroscience
  • Strong skills in immunohistochemistry and microscopy
  • Proficiency with computers (PC, Windows, software) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
