As a web content manager, you work closely with project teams, editors, developers and designers to coordinate the site content and make sure it caters to the needs of the target of your organisation.

As a web content manager, you’ll need to:
  • manage your company CMS and other content related tools
  • create, implement and publish the content
  • source, publish and sometimes edit images and/or videos
  • carry out quality assurance checks on content
  • promote information about the website to target customers and partners
  • report technical problems to IT support staff
  • deal with legal issues, such as copyright, validations or and data protection
  • update HTML, CSS

Essential qualifications:
  • Publishing, Webmaster or web developer background
