Binnen ons site supervising team zijn we op zoek naar een werkvoorbereider die: - de planning opmaakt - technische documenten analyseert om de uit te voeren werken voor te bereiden en in te schatten - de noden inzake personeel, materialen, en middelen kan inschatten - de nodige materialen en middelen voor de projecten bestelt - prijsaanvragen uitstuurt en offertes evalueert - de benodigde vergunningen opvolgt - de planning opmaakt en werkinstructies voor het personeel opstelt - potentiële risico’s kan analyseren en de nodige veiligheidsmaatregelen voorziet - de facturatie van de werken opmaakt en de kosten valideert What we offer:
