Your challenge

When you start your career as a young graduate, you enter our Young Hub program: a trainee program for the first two years after graduation. We start with a Bootcamp where we tackle key topics in Financial Institutions and consulting. We pay attention to soft skills and include plenty of fun moments and team-building activities.

We will take you through the whole recruitment process in just one day: you will have several interviews with the Care, Talent Management and Business colleagues. You are a young graduate with a Bachelor or Master in Finance, Commercial Sciences, Banking and Insurance, Risk Management,...

You have a strong interest in the challenging sector of banks and/or insurance companies

You are fluent in Dutch, French & English
