Role Description

Help build the future of your partners: as the architect of Data News, you will take our customer relations to new heights with the speed of a 5G connection. For each of their concerns, you will have a solution with Data News: whether that is via the website, the events (CIO of the Year, She goes ICT or the Data News Awards) or the paper magazine.

Your mission is to conquer sales targets. Whether it’s ’swiping’ digital content or pixels on paper: you achieve all your KPI’s thanks to strong collaboration with your partners. This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Manager at Data News. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role is based in Evere, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in account management or sales
  • Knowledge of the ICT industry and trends
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English is preferred
