Make your mark for patients

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator who is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative to join us in our Corporate Development & Finance team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.

About The Role

You will be responsible for managing the Invoice-to-Pay process for Belgium and France, ensuring operational excellence and compliance. This includes overseeing accounts payable activities, identifying problems, driving process improvements, and acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders and outsourced teams.

Who You’ll Work With

You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with local finance teams, global and regional Invoice-to-Pay teams, and external vendors. You will also liaise with outsourced service providers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee accounts payable performance and expense sheet processing for Belgium and France.
  • Act as the local key user for Invoice-to-Pay, managing approval matrices and SAP access.
  • Coordinate with outsourced teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identify root causes, and implement improvements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and promote digital invoicing solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax and legal requirements and support monthly reconciliations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, problem solving mindset, willing to take the ownership and challenge processes where appropriate.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and driving process improvements.
  • Fluency in French and English; proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international, cross-functional environment.
