Introductie

In order to support the site financial controller, our client is looking for an accounts payable profile.


Organisatie

  • The purpose of the Accounts Payable is to record mainly incoming, but also outgoing invoices
  • Reports to the Site Financial Controller

Functie

  • Booking of supplier invoices.
  • Preparing invoices to customers (+/- 50 invoices/year).
  • Follow-up of invoices to be received.
  • Follow-up of expense notes.
  • Assisting with the monthly closing and supporting analytical accounting.
  • Petty cash.
  • Stock confirmation.

Functie-eisen

  • Bachelor Accountancy
  • Min. 5 years’ experience.
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch, with a good understanding of French and English.
  • General accounting knowlege, SAP, Excel (advanced) , VAT.
  • Skills: Result oriented – Taking initiative – Reliability – Communicative – Accurate.
