  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent English oral and written capability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • At least 2 years relevant operation/admin experience, with preference for prior experience in corporate law department, law firm or with legal documents.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively as a team member and work cooperatively with others.
  • Willingness to assist with assigned projects as needed.
  • Candidate must exercise good judgment and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Maintains calendar(s) and arranges meetings, incl. preparation of agenda, material and documentation etc.
  • Provides administrative support in areas of typing, expense reports, confidential correspondence, file management.
  • Provides relevant staff with reminders of upcoming events and projected related deadlines.
  • Prepares, edits and coordinatespresentations and regularly scheduled reports.
  • Prepares and distributes correspondence memos.
  • Organizes files, assembles relevant data, compiles statistics or information as directed for use by others.
  • Prepares expense reports and process invoices, maintains financial and expense records. Handles confidential matters requiring discretion and judgment.
