Harvey Nash is on the lookout for an administrative customer-care employee for our client in Brussels.
You will be responsible for aiding both internal as external customers with their issues when they present themself, as well as ensuring the correct dispatching to the several departments when needed.
What you’ll do
  • As an Administrative Technician, you will handle incoming calls, questions, and e-mails from internal and external customers and around specific products for professional customers, and will ensure the correct dispatching to the various technical departments;
  • Inform the customer about the status of his request and the solution of his incident
  • You will be responsible for the good follow-up of interventions in the field and that internal procedures and tasks to be performed are carried out as defined in the work instructions;
  • Report recurring problems -provide support to colleagues to have a good impact on customer satisfaction
Profile
  • You are open and flexible and are able to act adequately to new situations;
  • As you will not work alone, team-spirit is key - you are not afraid to speak your mind or to ask questions to your direct colleagues or higher-up;
  • You are creative when it comes to finding a solution and self-sufficient.
Required Skills
  • You have a good knowledge of Office 365
  • Since you will work for customers throughout Belgium, good proficiency in both Dutch and French are necessary;
