About miDIAGNOSTICS

miDiagnostics is using silicon chip technology that will bring miniaturized, lab-quality tests with built-in device connectivity and rapid results direct to the patient and clinician. Combining a nano-fluidic processor on a chip and a compact reader, miDiagnostics can measure virtually any biomarker from an easily accessed sample such as a single drop of blood. The Company is developing an extensive portfolio of tests for screening, diagnosis and monitoring of a wide range of health conditions, including infectious diseases. The Job

We are urgently looking for an intern or jobstudent Administrative Support for a temporary assignment (from 9/8 till 01/9) for our offices in Leuven (Philips-site).

You will support our Office and Procurement team with managing the orders (grouping, preparing, entering the orders per vendor) and making sure the goods are stored properly upon arrival.

You will also assure the continuity of office operations (permanence):

  • Answering phone
  • Receiving guests
  • Picking up the mail
  • Receiving parcels and distributing to the requesters
  • Helping co-workers that need assistance from another department to find the right contact within the company

Your profile and competencies

  • A good knowledge of Dutch and English is required
  • You have an eye for detail and you are rigorous
  • You’re flexible and can switch easily for one task to another
