Function

As Agile Coach you are a focused agile ambassador, working with and for delivery squads, stakeholders and management, aiming for the improvement of performance, processes and results of the squads.
You will coach, facilitate and support leadership.
On a daily basis, you are responsible for your squads to guarantee the outcome of the Development Process and the Scrum implementation. You will act as a knowledge hub to different stakeholders.
Your aim is to create a highly effective and a strong performing organization by looking for new principles, best practices and non-negotiables, or change existing ones.
As a agile coach, your work closely with scrum masters, product owners and CoE Leads to support the growth of entire squad/each individual squad member

Profile

You have a bachelor degree or you are equal by experience.
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a scrum master.
You have excellent people management skills, communicate transparently and honestly and can identify and solve developing interpersonal conflicts within a team.
You have a strong knowledge of agile and the agile frameworks and are familiar with the implementation and optimization of the SDLC- processes. You have experience coordinating squads within an Agile environment.
Other people describe you as a strong analytic, convincing, constructive and proactive person. You are result-driven, a strategic thinker and able to conceptualize people - business - IT savvy.
Experience with collaboration tools ( Confluence, Jira, GSuite, ... ), and experience as developer/analyst is a plus
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.
