For a new, international company that is still growing actively today, we are looking for an experienced AP accountant with a healthy ambition and wish to grow. Do you have experience in AP in an international setting? Do you like working in a company with a global business, and do you want to grow and develop yourself further in this field? As the AP Accountant will be responsible for:



  • You will be tasked with the day-to-day AP accounting tasks (invoicing, matching, GRNI clearing)
  • You will be in regular contact with suppliers
  • You will work with stakeholders to drive process optimization and support further enhancement of tools and systems
  • You drive PO acceptance and automation; support the end-to-end procure to pay process
  • You are responsible for reconciliations, including GL, unpaid invoices, outstanding purchase orders and accruals
  • You will be responsible for payment runs
  • You will work alongside the GL and procurement departments to assist in month-end closing
  • You are responsible for the vendor master data
  • You will contribute to various global projects
  • Various ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks

Profile of ideal AP Accountant:



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics
  • Several years of experience in accounting
  • You are hands on, communicative, analytical and result-oriented
  • You have a healthy ambition to grow in your role
  • Very fluent in English. Any other language is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
