Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of an Application Consultant are firstly working closely with the Sales Representatives to introduce, prototype and demonstrate Waters NuGenesis software to prospective customers in the pre-sales stage. Secondly, in post-sales, our Application Consultant coordinates with the customer and other internal and external parties to plan, develop and implement Waters NuGenesis Custom Solutions.

Qualifications

A person in this position acts as the technical expert for all aspects of proper design and deployment of Waters software and as the technical liaison between Waters, the laboratory users and the IT staff at customer locations. The position requires the knowledge of laboratory workflows, experience with SQL language, IT and Informatics knowledge in addition to strong English Language communication skills and time management skills. This position brings a great degree of flexibility working in the field and various interpersonal contacts with our customers.
