For our ITSM team, we are currently looking for a junior developer who would have interest in ITSM tool configuration.

What does it mean exactly? As a Service management solution consultant, you will be part of the Ivanti ITSM application team in charge of delivering service management solutions for different clients and departments (IT, Facilities, Logistics, Fleet, HR).

As a Service management solution consultant, you will be in charge of the business needs analyses & the design of the IT service management tools solution.
As part of your project team, you will deliver tool implementation services, for both new and existing clients.
You will provide technical expertise and guidance on how customers should configure and use our solutions to manage their IT operations.
After the business analyses, thanks to your hands-on experience, you will participate in the implementation, configuration & customization of the ITSM tool so it fits with the requirement of the customer.
Lastly, together with your team, you participate in the daily management and administration of these solutions in support of the client’s day-to-day activities.

We are searching for candidates with the following capabilities and/or background:

Strong software affinity, experience in application administration and/or application configuration is required
Demonstrated knowledge/experience with programming/scripting languages (JavaScript, .NET, Powershell) and web services (REST, SOAP...) is considered a plus
Familiar with Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare
Basic SQL Databases (queries, backup/restore) skills
Basic SSRS (SQL Service Reporting Services) skills
Knowledge of IVANTI or relevant ITSM Service Manager experience is an added value(front-end and back-end skills)
knowledge of the ITIL processes
You are a problem-solver, have analytical mindset and commercial attitude towards customers
You are eager to learn, you can work autonomously and have good communication aptitudes
Fluent in Dutch/French and English (in word and writing)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or four (4) years’ progressively responsible work experience in a related field.
