Microsoft 365 is considered a strategic platform in the further digitization of the SNCB. This platform is therefore an important engine for establishing a New Way Of Working (NWOW) within SNCB.

Various initiatives and projects regarding document management, online collaboration and paperless business are ongoing within all SNCB departments. The Content & Collaboration Services team, of which you will be part, offers the necessary support to our customer.

Your focus as an analyst will be on the following M365 online services: Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Yammer, Delve, Planner, Sway, ToDo, Stream and Powerplatform. As you know, these services evolve very quickly, so new challenges are never far away! :-)

Your Job Responsibilities Are As Follows
  • Functional Analysis
    • Setting up and supervising requirement workshops with business
    • Translating functional needs into specifications based on user stories
    • Preparing the solution design of the M365 solutions in accordance with IT standards
    • Guiding business in data cleaning
    • Configuring M365 solutions
  • Application Testing
    • Prepare and validate test scenarios together with business
    • Follow-up of the execution of test scenarios and of any defects
    • Keeping up-to-date test scenarios when implementing changes
  • Application Change Management
    • Participate in the preparation of training materials
    • Cooperate with the customer to achieve a successful roll-out
  • Application Portfolio Management
    • Act as a point of contact for the applications built on M365 and help determine how the applications should evolve in consultation with users, suppliers and IT stakeholders
    • In case of escalation, conduct the coordination and analysis in the context of problems that arise with the applications under management
    • Define proactive monitoring and quality gates for applications so that they continue to function properly
  • Knowledge Management
    • Follow the trends of Microsoft 365 and Azure
    • Document built solutions and keep this information up-to-date
    • Active sharing of knowledge within the team and the organization
  • Coordination and Teamwork
    • Coach and support team members
    • Manage developers
    • Work closely with offshore colleagues who are responsible for the development of some applications
Vereisten
  • Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
  • Experience in a similar position (Application Analyst, Product Owner, Functional Analyst, ...)
  • Technical knowledge and architectural insights with regard to:
    • M365 product suite (Teams, Sharepoint online, OneDrive, Yammer, Delve, Planner, Sway, ToDo, Stream)
    • MS Project Server
    • MS Power platform
  • Extensive functional insights regarding:
    • User Experience design
    • Enterprise Content Management principles and the approach to arrive at information architectures. For example: you are adept at drawing out guidelines for the use of metadata versus hierarchical structures
    • Search optimization on SharePoint, Permission models, archiving, retention periods and workflows.
  • Experience in requirement analysis workshops with business
  • Proven record of multiple implementations of a MS SharePoint (online)
  • Proven record in building and giving demos to convince customers
  • Methodical, precise and an eye for detail
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile methodology, test strategies and software delivery lifecycle are a plus; today is oa. worked with Service Now, HPQC, JIRA and github
  • Proactive, highly problem-solving and practical, organized
  • Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written
