Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Architectural Engineer to join our team full-time in Brussels. This on-site role involves managing adaptive reuse projects from concept to completion. You will lead project management efforts, engage in cross-disciplinary collaboration, and produce high-quality BIM models, detailed designs, and construction documentation. Your work will directly contribute to reshaping the city’s architectural landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Develop and refine BIM models for adaptive reuse projects.
• Produce detailed architectural designs and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain seamless communication.
• Ensure compliance with sustainable design principles and building regulations.
• Participate in design reviews and problem-solving sessions to address project challenges.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 2 years with demonstrated construction site experience.
• Skills: Strong teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in sustainable design and a deep understanding of local building regulations.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized, with a meticulous approach to design and documentation.
• Languages: Proficiency in Dutch or French is required, along with a good command of English.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Education: Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
